Joel did a great job converting our .NET web application to the Python/Django stack, and never hesitated to provide advice and suggestions for future improvements. His expertise laid the groundwork for an easy-to-deploy, scalable system. He has great communication skills and is very responsive to questions and changing requests.

He is transparent in his work and recommendations and that sincerity is refreshing when developing a complicated product. The talent I appreciated most after that was his ability to integrate well into the team and get behind a project as though he was involved from the beginning.
