Managed service providers were tracking work in ticket queues that gave no visual sense of flow, while the Kanban tools available knew nothing about the systems they already ran on.
Anything genuinely useful had to integrate directly with ConnectWise, where the work already lived.
Solutions
We built the MVP that launched TopLeft, a Kanban-style task management tool for MSPs integrating directly with ConnectWise, with clean UX and an extensible API underneath.
Results.
That MVP became the foundation of a product that has since been widely adopted across the MSP market.
