Digital Risk was building a greenfield cybersecurity platform to monitor an organization’s digital footprint — scanning public data, social profiles and breach sources for leaked credentials, impersonations and exposed personal data.
As an MVP heading toward real customers, it needed a reliable asynchronous backend and a release process a small team could move quickly on.
Aparat architected the core .NET 8 / C# backend services and a Vue 3 / TypeScript front end, with Hangfire-based job orchestration and Redis establishing the asynchronous processing model behind reliable, real-time footprint monitoring. We integrated multiple breach-detection APIs and stood up Playwright browser regression tests across the critical workflows, all under a GitHub Actions and Docker CI/CD pipeline. Environment: .NET 8.0, PostgreSQL, Redis, Vue.js 3, TypeScript, Pinia, Hangfire, GitHub Actions, Docker, Playwright.
A scalable technical foundation and a dependable async processing model carried the product to launch as the Digital Footprint Exposure Assessment tool, while automated regression testing cut pre-release QA from roughly three hours to about five minutes.
