Challenges

InnoVint needed to grow from an early MVP into a wine production platform that hundreds of wineries could depend on, without the backend becoming the limit on that growth.

Winemaking data is unforgiving. Costs move as fluids move between vessels, and lab and inventory systems all have to agree in real time.

Solutions

We joined as part of the founding engineering team and built the backend infrastructure behind that scale, including a distributed fluid costing engine that became a genuine market differentiator, plus integrations with third-party lab and inventory systems for real-time data exchange.

Results.

The platform scaled to hundreds of top wineries. Beyond development we aligned the technical roadmap with product strategy and supported early hiring, across a partnership that ran seven years.
